Hi everyone!
I really wish someone could take over the petition. It doesn't have nearly enough signatures yet to get lawmakers' attention but I just don't have the time or energy to promote it like it should be promoted. I think it's hard for most targets to find because they've never heard the term "workplace bullying". I thought they'd probably google a more common description like harassed at work, hence the title of this post. We all know that the workplace harassment laws should include all people and all harassment, not just because of race, gender, or the like AND the person doing the harassing should be held responsible.
